This is where Phebe Ndam & Gourmet Feasts and crew take over a restaurant for a night or weekend and transform the menu into a veritable feast of African culinary delights. This event offers patrons the Gourmet Feasts experience with more flexibility than a typical catered event as well as showcasing a larger variety of African foods. Now you can order particular items off our menu list and have them delivered/picked up for your next event. Be it the ever popular Chin-Chin or other Finger Foods,or a nice Main Dish to surprise a guest, family or for a festive occasion, our variety of African Dishes should offer you a good choice of options. About Phebe Ndam

Phebe Ndam is the author of two cookbooks( Die kunst der Afrikanische kuche and Kochen in Afrika) She's lectured on African food and culture and has been teaching African cooking and workshops since 1992. As a member of a number of women's groups she has been very involved in the planning, organizing ,cooking and entertainment for their many fund raising events.
